Why We Built Blue
We built Blue because we kept seeing the same gap.
Students were achieving.
They were busy.
They were checking the boxes.
But when it mattered most — essays, interviews, recommendations — they struggled to explain who they were and how they had grown.

Who's Behind It
Blue was created by Marnie Stockman, Ed.D. and Nick Coniglio — educators, operators, and leadership practitioners.
Marnie began her career as a high school teacher and instructional leader. Nick led technical and operational teams in high-growth companies.
Together, they built and scaled multiple organizations, mentored, hired and coached teams, and saw firsthand the gap between student achievement and real-world readiness.
They are also the authors of The Business of You, a book built around the idea that the most important project you'll ever lead is yourself.
Blue is the product version of that philosophy.
What We Believe
Readiness is not about completing forms or finishing checklists.
It's about understanding yourself — and being able to prove it.
